Build questions around decisions
Organize questions across awareness, comparison, verification, and action. Each question should come from real sales calls, support records, or site search rather than being engineered only to produce the brand name.
- Awareness: which approaches exist in this category?
- Comparison: which approach fits which company?
- Verification: what credentials, cases, and limitations does a provider have?
- Action: how can a buyer contact, purchase, or request a trial?
Record observable facts
Keep the full answer, whether the brand appears, its position, the description used, whether citations are present, and the cited domains. Without external citations, record the statement but do not infer a training source.
Repeat the same question in comparable time windows instead of interpreting random variation as an algorithm update.
Translate gaps into public evidence
When the brand is absent, inspect core service pages and external facts. When the description is wrong, repair the specific source fact. When the brand is absent only from broad questions, reconsider whether the question genuinely matches the offering.
