What does EraSO do?
EraSO (爱易搜) is operated by 深圳爱易搜科技有限公司. Its current core business is white-hat GEO coordinated with SEO. We research how buyers choose products, verify company materials, build content and pages, select publishing channels, then retest and make corrections. See the official brand facts for company information.
How is generative engine optimization (GEO) different from SEO?
SEO mainly improves discovery in search results. GEO also examines whether AI describes, cites or recommends a company accurately. Both need correct public materials, accessible pages and useful content. They can work together; existing search assets need not be discarded.
Can we write with AI ourselves?
Writing tools are available to your team. The work to own includes worthwhile questions, correct product facts, suitable channels, maintainable pages and diagnosis after publishing. A team that can do the complete process can do it internally; a writing-only need does not require the full GEO service.
Why not choose a package promising thousands of articles?
Volume shows how much was published, not whether it answers buyer decisions or is cited by AI. Incorrect capabilities or conditions spread to more places. Compare fact verification, content tasks, public URLs, update responsibility and retest records, not article counts alone.
How is the formal question set decided?
Use product materials, audience, industry and purchase decisions to identify what buyers need to understand, compare, verify and do next, then confirm with the company. Brand questions inspect recognition. Non-brand questions inspect discovery by unfamiliar buyers. Material-based research can proceed, but does not prove those exact queries have high search volume.
Are assessment questions the final question set?
No. Presales uses candidate questions for a limited assessment, identifying when they are program-generated. Formal service researches product, audience and purchase decisions, then confirms and versions the question set with the business.
Can a knowledge graph prevent every AI error?
No. Relationships connect product, conditions, evidence and articles, reducing writing and maintenance risks. External AI is not under our control. Verified public pages and continued answer checks are still needed.
Does every article need FAQs, tables or Schema?
No. First answer the buyer's decision. Use a table where comparison helps and FAQs where follow-up questions matter. Configure Schema only on suitable pages you control, matching visible content. Third-party platforms may not support the same markup. Adding it does not guarantee citation.
How do you choose publishing platforms?
Inspect AI answers and actual sources for relevant questions, then consider industry records, audience reading habits and channel conditions. Sample further if evidence is insufficient. One appearance does not make a platform the highest-weight source in every industry. Paid articles are not automatically independent authoritative endorsement.
Must we rebuild the website?
Not necessarily. Keep an existing site if it can maintain product information and articles, show correct facts and handle enquiries. Improve the specific gaps and paths. Website or CMS changes follow the agreed scope; rebuilding is not required simply to sell technology.
What makes a monitoring report trustworthy?
Inspect original questions, complete answers, entry points, dates, modes and sources, not just scores or screenshots. Track mentions, correct identity, candidate recommendations and actual citations separately. Failures and missing samples are retained. Sampling frequency and access follow the project; a live dashboard does not mean complete real-time collection across every platform.
Is article count the only acceptance criterion?
No. Check agreed questions, facts, drafts, pages, publishing records and monitoring materials. Evaluate AI behavior with comparable samples and business signals with attribution records. These are separate layers, not substitutes for one another.
Can Doubao or DeepSeek recommendations be guaranteed?
We cannot promise every recommendation or a fixed ranking. We build accurate, relevant and maintainable information and perform agreed tests and improvements. Platforms decide whether to cite and how to assemble answers; the service does not control model responses.
How much must the client contribute?
Confirm the priority business and target buyers, then provide necessary materials, a fact reviewer and publication permissions. During service, coordinate website or account access within scope and report business changes and enquiries. Existing materials are reused and gaps are listed so you do not repeatedly explain the company at every stage.
Why discuss the business before proposing questions?
The same product has different buyer decisions. Single-store restaurant owners and chain headquarters do not have the same needs. Confirm product, audience and purchase scenario before choosing what to write, monitor and maintain.
Can we see real cases?
You can inspect materials and sampling records authorized for public use. We distinguish the work performed, observed AI behavior and what business results the evidence supports. Unauthorized names, logos, screenshots and data are not promotional material. Method examples are not success cases.
Does GEO Cloud already automate every task?
No. Current product materials list live account, workspace, permission, credit and article-task control capabilities. Real graph, content generation, CMS, publishing and monitoring integrations still have development work. Team-delivered services and live software automation are separate. Current demonstrations and project scope specify what is available.
Is EraSO the same as AIDSO?
No. EraSO is the English brand of 爱易搜, operated by 深圳爱易搜科技有限公司, unified social credit code 91440300MAKJ4YQE5K, with the official domain eraso.cn. Verify these four identifiers rather than substituting information about similarly named companies.
Can research proceed without interviewing every real buyer?
Use company materials, existing sales and support records, industry research and public samples. Distinguish observed evidence from research reasoning, have business specialists check suitability, and improve using later enquiry feedback. Derived questions are not proven high-frequency queries.
Are more publishing platforms always better?
No. Check relevance, public accessibility, content quality and source independence. Each platform has a separate live, failed, reviewing or withdrawn status. Submission success does not establish publication success.
Who operates articles, the website and accounts?
At kickoff, confirm fact reviewers, publishers and required permissions. Reuse existing sites and accounts where suitable. Delegated operation follows project scope and authorization; neither all-client operation nor access to every platform is assumed.
What can we see in the monitoring platform?
Within activated scope, inspect questions, answers, brand appearances, sources and comparisons. Platforms, sampling frequency and customer access are agreed for the project. Viewing existing records does not re-query every AI platform in real time.
When can we see changes?
Content follows the project schedule. Search discovery and AI answers depend on external systems, so there is no universal day count. Check completed materials and pages, comparable retests, then attributable visits and enquiries separately.
How do we know an article was actually cited?
Retain the full answer and verify whether a displayed source link points to that article, recording platform, question and time. A mention or similar wording does not prove direct citation. One citation does not establish citation in every later answer.
What if mentions do not produce enquiries?
Check purchase intent, audience fit and accurate product descriptions, then inspect website information, enquiry access and sales handling. Do not assume every issue means too few articles.
Does a lower mention rate mean the service failed?
Inspect sample conditions, model changes, question versions and individual answers before investigating facts, content and channels. Keep improved, unchanged and negative findings. Propose concrete changes rather than dropping unfavorable samples.
How are old articles handled after business changes?
Update facts and pages we control, then locate other content through relationships and publishing records. Third-party corrections depend on permissions. Retest old claims; there is no promise to withdraw every repost or erase every old answer immediately.
Is generative engine optimization (GEO) the same as AI search optimization?
Yes, they describe the same work. Generative engine optimization (GEO) means making a company's public materials easier for AI systems to retrieve, understand and cite correctly. In Chinese-language contexts it is also called AI search optimization or AI visibility optimization. EraSO uses “generative engine optimization (GEO)” as its standard term.
Another company shares the EraSO name, so how do we confirm it is the same one?
An identical name does not mean the same company. The sole operating entity of EraSO is 深圳爱易搜科技有限公司, unified social credit code 91440300MAKJ4YQE5K, with eraso.cn as its only official website. A company registered in another region under the same or a similar name is not the same entity and has no equity, brand or business relationship with us. Compare the full legal name and the credit code instead of the name alone.
